Meet Krystine Swannick, M.D.

Dr. Swannick is a resident of North Jersey since 1979.  She is a graduate of University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  Upon completion of Internal Medicine Residency and Nephrology Fellowship at UMDNJ – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, she stayed on as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Transplant Nephrologist for several years.

She was recently featured in the Hackettstown Regional Medical Center quarterly newsletter and has made several guest appearances on-air Oldies 1510 WRNJ radio discussing medicine, kidney transplant, and kidney disorders.

Dr. Swannick is affiliated with Hackettstown Regional Medical Center, St. Clares Hospital Denville and Dover campuses as well as  affiliation with Morristown Memorial Hospital.

She is married since July 2000 and mother of two children.

Meet Lynda Moore, L.P.N.

Lynda Moore, L.P.N., Administrative Manager has been with Medicine & Nephrology Associates of Northwest Jersey, P.C. since 2007.

Prior to her joining Dr. Swannick, she was employed as a floor nurse at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, N.J.  For some time she had been involved in the pre and post-transplant care of patients at the Kidney/Pancreas Transplant Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.

Miss Moore is a Data Administrative Assistant at Medicine & Nephrology Associates of Northwest Jersey, P.C. part-time and an Education and Psychology major at Rider University.
